Automated Chemical Dosing System

SA Autec’s automated chemical dosing system is designed to support accurate and consistent reagent addition throughout the gold-recovery process. Integrated into the containerised CIL plant, the system provides controlled dosing of the chemicals required for stable and efficient plant operation.

By reducing reliance on manual chemical addition, the system helps maintain consistent process conditions, improve reagent control and support gold recoveries of approximately 90% to 95%, subject to ore characteristics, metallurgical test results and operating conditions.

The dosing system can be configured according to the plant’s process requirements and incorporates chemical storage, dosing pumps, delivery lines and process controls as required. Its modular design allows it to be integrated into SA Autec’s containerised plants while remaining accessible for inspection, maintenance and adjustment.
