Auto-Cleaning Dual Concentrator System

SA Autec’s uniquely designed Auto-Cleaning Concentrator System combines two high-capacity concentrators into one compact, purpose-built unit. The concentrators operate in an alternating sequence: while one unit processes material, the second is taken through its cleaning cycle. This arrangement allows production to continue with minimal interruption, reducing the downtime normally associated with concentrate removal and manual cleaning.

Each concentrator has a processing capacity of approximately 7 to 10 tonnes per hour. Because the two units alternate rather than operate simultaneously, the system can maintain a consistent processing capacity of up to 10 tonnes per hour while allowing regular concentrate recovery and cleaning.

The system can be incorporated into a complete SA Autec mineral-processing plant or supplied as a stand-alone concentration module. It is particularly well suited for installation after a ball mill or other milling process, where the milled slurry is directed to the concentrator for the recovery of gold and other high-density mineral particles.

Its dual-unit configuration provides a practical balance between recovery efficiency, production continuity and ease of operation. The robust support structure, compact footprint and accessible components make the system suitable for both permanent processing installations and modular mining operations.
